Meet Your Honors Professors at the
Honors Faculty Expo
Thursday, January 11th the Honors Institute will host an Honors Faculty Expo from 11 am to 1 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know the Honors Program professors, learn more about their course offerings, and find out more about the Honors Program.
First Meeting of the Honors Student Association is Wednesday, January 24th
The first meeting of the newly formed Honors Student Association (HSA) will be held in the Honors Institute on Wednesday, January 24th at 1:30 pm. If you are an honors student, then you are already a member of the HSA! Join in to find out about this student-led association and how you can make an impact on the Honors Program! Plans for officer elections will also be announced.
Scholarship Writing Workshop
Friday, February 2nd
The Honors Program is offering a Scholarship Workshop to help you prepare for the upcoming scholarship season. Led by Dr. Jane Honeycutt and Michele Glass, this workshop will provide you with the tools you need to write a winning application. The workshop will be held on Friday, February 2nd at 11 am in the Honors Institute Conference Room. Take advantage of this opportunity to improve your chances of receiving a scholarship!
